Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my repair take?

If its a screen or battery replacement we can normally have it repaired in the same day normally within 1 hour. If the device is water damaged or has a logic board fault it can take 2-3 days to repair.  We realise how difficult being without your mobile phone can be and we will always try to get it back to you as quickly as possible.

How much will my repair cost me?

We will always offer you a fixed price for the repair, for example if your iPhone  screen needs replacing we will give you a total price for the work before starting. In the event we need to diagnose the fault first we charge £15 labour which is waived if you go ahead with the repair. We don’t want you to have any nasty surprises; we want you to know exactly what your repair will cost before we complete the work.

Can you replace the HDMI Port on the PS4?

Yes we can replace it. We normally need it for 1-2 working days and the cost is £60. The repair price can fluctuate so do give us a call or email to confirm current price.

Can you repair my water damaged iPhone?

We have a very high success rate with liquid damaged devices. We would need to clean out the internal components of the device the standard diagnostic charge is £15 and we would need the device for 2-3 working days.

I’m worried about my data, is it safe?

We undertake work for a number of local businesses including solicitors and high street shops and understand how important personal data is. We do not need to wipe your device to carry out a repair. In the event we do need to wipe it we will get permission from you before doing so. We always advise if possible you make a backup of any data on your device prior to any work being undertaken.
